My love for interior design started when I was around 9 years old.  Growing up in the historic West End neighborhood of Allentown, Pa. I was constantly rearranging my bedroom furniture, changing up my dresser display of photos, jewelry, and headbands; but it wasn't until I was hired by Pier 1 Imports in 2003 and again by an Interior Design/Staging consulting company in 2008, that I realized, "Hey! This is what I should be doing with my life! This is what makes me happy."

From 2003 until now, I've been doing freelance interior design consulting.  Whether it be staging a home for sale, updating a current space,  or picking out paint colors; I'm here to help you improve, change up, or rearrange any room you desire.

What I wanted to create with 12 Interiors is a cost friendly, easy process that gives the homeowner all the tools they need to create an updated space.  In some cases, Interior Design is viewed as something that not everyone can afford.  That it's only for the upper class,  the truth is, Interior Design doesn't have to cost an arm and a leg.  You don't have to have custom drapes, pillows, and furniture. 

If a room feels relaxed and inviting, it's because there are twelve things happening.  There are seven elements of Color, Light, Line, Shape, Space, Pattern and Texture that build a room with the five principles of Balance, Rhythm & Repetition, Emphasis, Proportion & Scale, and Harmony, giving you one cohesive space.  The layout of your current room doesn't have to feel "dated", you don't have to knock down a wall to make a space feel open.   My goal is to help the average homeowner take their style and give them a different perspective of how their space can look.

I know I can give you a space that when you walk in the door, it feels like home - it feels like you.  And that's what we all want at the end of the day isn't it?  A place that expresses who we are, shows off our personal style, and invites others in to experience it with us.  Interior design is all about YOU.
