At 12 interiors we take the seven design elements of Space, Line, Shape, Color, Texture, Light, Pattern; and weave in the five design principles of Balance, Rhythm & Repetition, Emphasis, Proportion & Scale, and Harmony, to give you one cohesive, relaxing, and inviting space.

HOW IT WORKS: 
​
12 Interiors offers three main packages for your convenience.  
​
Package A:  With Package A you receive a detailed consultation that includes all the tools you will need to complete the job yourself, as well as a 2D and 3D drawing/floorplan of the room(s) and Mood Board.
​
Package B:  Package B combines everything you get in Package A, but with our Designer by your side.  From shopping, to fluffing pillows, we will provide you with full hands-on help to get your place just the way you want it. 
​
Package C:  Hey, we get it, not everyone is into "DIY".  With Package C, you get everything included in Package A with a complete, hands-off experience.  Once you approve the detailed consultation and layout(s), our designer will come in and take it from there. 
 
A FEW MORE THINGS WE WOULD LIKE TO MENTION!

12 interiors is also here for your moving convenience!  with our "Get Moving" package, our designer will help you stage your home for sale, or provide you with a detailed floor plan of how to layout your newly purchased home!

​

Along with the three main packages, 12 interiors also offers assistance in creating collage walls, vignettes, centerpieces for the home or events, and help with holiday decorations.
