Package A
Detailed Consultation
Package A provides you with all the tools you would need to do the job yourself. With this package you will receive a one hour consultation to go over what room(s) you are looking to transform. At completion of the consultation the Designer will email you a PDF of the suggested changes that were discussed during the initial meeting. The following items will be included in your package:
Detailed consultation including, but not limited: Paint colors, furniture, accessories, accent pieces, lighting, etc.
A Mood Board representing the changes that will be applied to the space.
A 2D & 3D Drawing of the new space to assist in visualizing how everything will come together.
Links / Websites for suggested items to purchase on your own, or to just give you an idea of pieces you should be looking for, this will give the homeowner a better idea of what it means to pay attention to size, shape, color, textures, etc. when shopping for pieces of furniture, accents, etc.
PACKAGE B
Detailed Consultation and Interior Design Assistance
Package B provides everything included in Package A; the only difference is that instead of links for shopping, we do it together. This is a complete joint-effort and requires all hands on deck. We will design the space together, shop together, pick paint colors, curtains, lamps, etc. The following items are included in Package B.
Detailed consultation including, but not limited: Paint colors, furniture, accessories, accent pieces, lighting, etc.
A Mood Board representing the changes that will be applied to the space.
A 2D & 3D Drawing of the new space to assist in visualizing how everything will come together.
Hands on shopping with homeowner. This includes online shopping, store to store shopping, and everything in between.
PACKAGE C
Detailed Consultation and Interior Design
Package C provides everything included in Package A; but with this package the homeowner is completely HANDS OFF. Initially we will design the space together and once we are on the same page with a "wish" and "must have" list, our designer will take over from there. This means all you have to do is say, "YES!". The following items are included in Package C.
Detailed consultation including, but not limited: Paint colors, furniture, accessories, accent pieces, lighting, etc.
A Mood Board representing the changes that will be applied to the space.
A 2D & 3D Drawing of the new space to assist in visualizing how everything will come together.
An approved budget for all time and materials required to complete the job by the interior designer.
STAGING
Detailed Consultations to help you sell your home
Staging can be done in several different aspects. 12 Interiors can provide a detailed consultation for how to get your home ready to sell. We will provide a list of items to remove, items to add (yes, ADD), paint colors, furniture layouts, etc (if applicable). With staging, it's completely up to you whether or not you want to take on the list provided by the designer, or if you want 12 Interiors to help you with everything. Sometimes your realtor will also provide staging ideas, materials. Staging comes down to one thing, how motivated you are to get things done. The following items are included in the Staging service.
Detailed consultation suggesting (but not limited to): Paint colors, furniture placement, accessories, accent pieces, lighting, etc.
2D & 3D Drawing of furniture placement (if applicable).
NEW HOME!
Detailed Consultations to help get your new home set up...
With the New Home service, 12 interiors will help you figure out how to place furniture, where to hang artwork, how to show-case those built-ins, and much more. Let our designer assist in paint colors, where to put that sectional sofa, and to make the bedroom a cozy retreat. The following items are included in the New Home service.
Detailed consultation including, but not limited: Paint colors, furniture placement, where to place accessories, accent pieces, lighting, etc.
Physical labor of our designer setting up the space for you.
Where to hang artwork, photos, mirrors, collage walls, etc.
An approved budget for all time and materials required to complete the job by the designer.

12 Interiors can assist you in updating by rearranging your current decor, adding new pieces, or repurposing current ones. Our designer can also assist in creating centerpieces for your next dinner party, wedding, or baby shower!
